LEARNING GOALS

1. Calming down and being present: I want to learn to stop comparing myself to others, manage time calmly, and enjoy the creative process instead of rushing to the next step.

2. Tell Stories Visually: I want to develop the ability to express emotion and meaning through visuals rather than words. This is essential for creating impactful, emotionally strong NGO-style campaigns.

3. Build Creative and Technical Skills: I want to improve my Canva design and video editing skills (CapCut, etc.) to prepare for future freelancing and professional creative work.

4. Reflect and Track Growth: I want to use self-reflection or mindfulness journaling to stay aware of my stress, satisfaction, and progress throughout the project. It is something my grandmother always encouraged, but I never did

5. Learn more about mindful storytelling: I want to learn how to balance being informative and emotionally triggering. This will help me to create stories that connect are unheard, while also being triggering enough to make people take action.
